NOV 29th:  Cider & Bella are both in heat now, rest should follow about   7 days apart. 

DEC 3rd:  Jasmine is now in heat & it looks like Blaze is just starting to go in also.   

 All our dogs all passed their yearly eye exams, copies sent to OFA, when the certificates arrive I will post to each dogs page.  Thanks Alice

9/20/21 NEW CHANGE - NEW TIMELINE FOR PRICES
STATED PRICES ON CONTRACT WILL ONLY STAY IN EFFECT FOR 1 YEAR  FROM THE DATE CONTRACT IS SIGNED.  IF THERE IS A PRICE CHANGE IN THAT YEAR WE WILL HONOR THE ORIGINAL PRICE ON CONTRACT.  AFTER 1 YEAR THE PRICE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE TO OUR CURRENT PRICING.  AS WE TYPICALLY BREED FEMALES ONLY 1 TIME PER YEAR (USUALLY SKIPPING A HEAT BETWEEN BREEDINGS).  THE ONE YEAR SHOULD COVER  IF A PERSON WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A PUP FROM THE FEMALE THEY WANTED TO BE ABLE TO GET A PUP ON HER NEXT BREEDING.  EXCEPTIONS:  THOSE CURRENTLY ON WAITING LIST ARE GRANDFATHERED FOR 1 YEAR FROM SEPT. 1ST 2021.  AS EVERYONE GRANDFATHERED IN ARE SET TO GET A PUP SPRING OF 2022, IT SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE.  THE OTHER EXCEPTION IS IF A CLIENT WANTS A PUP FROM MOM X AND THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH OR ENOUGH OF THE SEX THEY CHOSE & IT TAKES LONGER THAN 1 YEAR FOR MOM X TO HAVE HER NEXT LITTER WITH A PUP FROM HERE OF THE SEX PREFERED, WE WILL EXTEND THE CONTRACT DATE OUT.   I WILL NOTE THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT WITH MY SIGNATURE & WILL SEND A COPY TO THAT SPECIFIC CLIENT FOR THEIR RECORDS. 

MEDICAL FORMS WILL BE DUE JAN 1ST, 2022

7/20/21 - COVID PROTOCOLS

VIEWINGS:  Will be as listed on the "Current & Next litters" tab, (the pups will be old enough to have it outside).  Viewings will be from the yard area instead of inside our home.   MASKS & GLOVES WILL BE REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS, (please bring your own masks & gloves, I only have a limited amount, if you CHOSE not to wear a mask (properly covering mouth & nose) you will be required to stay in your vehicle, thanks for understanding.  I have had my shots, but some clients may not have had theirs yet.

THE BIGGEST CHANGE WILL BE, BEING ABLE TO TOUCH WITH GLOVED HANDS ALL THE PUPS,

ONCE YOU PICK OUT YOUR PUP YOU CAN USE THE REST OF YOUR TIME TO PLAY WITH JUST YOUR PUP WITHOUT GLOVES AND MASK.  YOUR PUP WILL THEN BE PLACED IN A SEPARATE AREA FOR WHEN THE NEXT CLIENT COMES.  PLEASE WEAR CLEAN CLOTHES &

PLEASE DO NOT COME IF SICK!!

 

NEW GO HOME PROTOCALS:  Normally we do a 2 hour overview on paperwork & care the day the pups go home.  Instead it has been written down & will be sent out to each owner BEFORE it is time to pick up your pup.  The info is grouped into 6 related segments with photos.  At the end of each segment there will be a small multi-choice test. You will need to text the answers back to me.

When the "go home" date arrives, & everyone gets here, I will ask for anyone who has already paid in full, to come to the front of the line (please do 6 foot social distancing & wear masks - no exceptions).  Also bring your puppy crate with you, or when you pull up, stop and show me it is in the vehicle, then go park.  This just helps me verify you can transport your puppy home safely.  I will hand those "pre-paid in full" people their pups & packets so they can quickly disperse.  Those left, will be helped one at a time to finalize payment & get their puppy and packet so they can also head out to start their new adventure.  If you are sick please contact me, or have another family member come in your place.  Lets make this safe for all of us.  Thanks Alice

REFUNDS:  WE ONLY REFUND DEPOSITS IF WE CANNOT GET OUR CLIENTS A PUP OF THEIR PREFERRED SEX FROM THE MOM THEY WANTED, or from a SPECIFIC TIME FRAME (ie Spring/Summer Litter).

 

OUT OF STATE CLIENTS:  Starting July 1st 2019, WA law changed we are now required to collect sales tax on all non residents who have been been previously exempt.  Non residents may be able to request a refund directly from the Washington Dept. of Revenue (with receipts) starting 1/1/20.  ​For more info visit dor.wa.gov/nonresidents

 

We do not sell any pups/dogs sight unseen.  Sales must be in person.
