CHANGES & IMPORTANT CLIENT NOTICES
11/1/22 NEW CHANGE
Starting on 11/1/22 I can NO longer accomodate puppy GO HOME or VIEWING/PICKOUT date/time changes.
When the planned breeding happens on a mom dog estimated dates & times are put on her "INDIVIDUAL WAIT LIST" (Under Current & Next Litters), this is done 4 months in advance, this gives clients a heads up of about 4 months time to block out that general time on their calendars (I would block out the weekend before and the weekend after the listed dates, just in case AS estimated birth times can have a 4 day plus or negative window). Once pups are born the dates are recalculated (rarely do the dates change) and they will be made final, GO HOME dates are set for the nearest Saturday to when pups are 8 weeks old and always at 1pm. Thus giving owners a 4 months estimated heads up & a 2 month OFFICIALLY notice before the pups go home on the dates needed to be held. Once pups are born I contact each owner that is on her waitlist wait list. When contacted if you cannot make it for the dates listed on the website, you need to cancel and wait for another litter, or you need to change your personal arrangements to free up that time.
The only arrangements that will be accomdated for is medical emergencies & flying in for an airport pup pickup. Airport Pup Pickups will NOT be done on the standard Saturday pickup days as I cannot be in 2 places at 1 time. Pups need to be exactly 8 weeks or older to be allowed to fly on the air planes. So if GO HOME is Saturday and pups are 8 weeks old ON Saturday, do not make your flight for Friday as they wil not be 8 weeks old.

STATED PRICES ON CONTRACT WILL ONLY STAY IN EFFECT FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE CONTRACT IS SIGNED. IF THERE IS A PRICE CHANGE IN THAT YEAR WE WILL HONOR THE ORIGINAL PRICE ON CONTRACT. AFTER 1 YEAR THE PRICE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE TO OUR CURRENT PRICING. AS WE TYPICALLY BREED FEMALES ONLY 1 TIME PER YEAR (USUALLY SKIPPING A HEAT BETWEEN BREEDINGS). THE ONE YEAR SHOULD COVER IF A PERSON WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A PUP FROM THE FEMALE THEY WANTED TO BE ABLE TO GET A PUP ON HER NEXT BREEDING. AS A FORMAL NOTICE - THOSE CURRENTLY ON WAITING LIST ARE GRANDFATHERED IN FOR 1 YEAR FROM SEPT. 1ST 2021. (NO LONGER IN EFFECT).
EXCEPTIONS: IF IT TAKES LONGER THAN A YEAR THE CONTRACT WILL BE EXTENDED. THE ONLY EXTENDED - ONES LEFT ARE FOR A TIZZY PUP & TIZZY WAS FINALLY BRED WITH PUPS GOING HOME IN FEB 2023, TIZZY CLIENTS HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BY EMAIL, THAT IF THEY WAIVE GETTING A PUP FROM THIS BREEDING THEY WILL NO LONGER BE EXTENDED OR GRANDFATHERED IN & THE PRICE ON THEIR CONTRACT WILL CHANGE TO CURRENT PRICING. ONCE TIZZY HAS HER LITTER THIS BLUE INFO WILL BE REMOVED- DAISY HAS STOPPED REPRODUCING & HER REQUESTS HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO THE NEXT SIMILIAR OR EQUAL OR BETTER MOM WHICH IS TIZZY (TIZZY & DAISY ARE FROM THE SAME LINES).
CURRENT COVID PROTOCOLS
VIEWINGS: Will be in order as listed on the "Current & Next litters" tab, (the pups will be old enough to have it outside). Viewings will be from the yard area instead of inside our home. MASKS & SANITIZED HANDS, WILL BE REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS, (please bring your own masks. I have a sanitizer that you can use once you get her, just make sure it dries thoroughly & try to keep pups from licking hands , if you CHOSE not to wear a mask (properly covering mouth & nose) you will be required to stay in your vehicle, thanks for understanding. I have had my shots, but some clients may not have had theirs yet.
THE BIGGEST CHANGE: WE ARE NOW ALLOWING PUPS TO BE TOUCHED WITH SANITIZED HANDS. ONCE YOU PICK OUT YOUR PUP YOU CAN USE THE REST OF YOUR TIME TO MOVE TO ANOTHER AREA & PLAY WITH JUST YOUR PUP WITHOUT A MASK. (PHOTO TIME WITHOUT MASKS) YOUR PUP WILL THEN BE PLACED IN A SEPARATE AREA FOR WHEN THE NEXT CLIENT COMES. PLEASE WEAR CLEAN CLOTHES AND
DO NOT COME IF SICK!!
NEW GO HOME PROTOCALS: We used to do a 2 hour overview on everything pups - paperwork & care the day the pups go home. Instead it has been written down & will be sent out to each owner BEFORE it is time to pick up your pup. The info is grouped into 6 related segments with photos. At the end of each segment there will be a small multi-choice test. You will need to text the answers back to me, before coming to view your pup.
When the "go home" date arrives, & everyone gets here, I will ask for anyone who has already paid in full and has already goten all their extras, to come to the front of the line (please do 6 foot social distancing & wear masks - no exceptions), this way they are done very quickly & gone, so less chance of covid transfer. Also bring your puppy crate with you, or when you pull up, stop and show me it is in the vehicle, then go park. This just helps me verify you can transport your puppy home safely. I will hand those "pre-paid in full" people their pups & packets so they can quickly disperse. Those left, will be helped one at a time to finalize payment & get their puppy and packet any extras like a kit that was not done during the viewing. This should also be done fairly quick, so they can also head out to start their new adventure. If you are sick please contact me, or have another family member come in your place. REFUNDS: WE ONLY REFUND DEPOSITS IF WE CANNOT GET OUR CLIENTS A PUP OF THEIR PREFERRED SEX FROM THE MOM THEY WANTED, or from a SPECIFIC TIME FRAME (ie Spring/Summer Litter).
We do not sell any pups/dogs sight unseen. Sales must be in person.
