This year we invited another kennel family to join us in the fun. Please welcome Kerry & her families. Kerry & I joined forces & have littermates out of Daniel the Westminster 2020 Sporting Group Winner. I have his son Mystical Spirits (aka Boo or Boozer) & will bring him out to meet everyone. We will have 2 different colored name badges so everyone will know which kennel your dog is from.

CHANGES & IMPORTANT CLIENT NOTICES

DATE & ROLL OVER CHANGES
Starting on 11/1/22 I can NO longer accomodate puppy GO HOME or VIEWING/PICKOUT date/time changes.
When the planned breeding happens on a mom dog estimated dates & times are put on her "INDIVIDUAL WAIT LIST" (Under Current & Next Litters), this is done 4 months in advance, this gives clients a heads up of about 4 months time to block out that general time on their calendars (I would block out the weekend before and the weekend after the listed dates, just in case AS estimated birth times can have a 4 day plus or negative window). Once pups are born the dates are recalculated and they will be made final, GO HOME dates are set for the nearest Saturday to when pups are 8 weeks old and always at 1pm. Thus giving owners a 4 months estimated heads up & a 2 month OFFICIALLY notice before the pups go home on the dates needed to be held. Once pups are born I contact each owner that is on her waitlist. When contacted if you cannot make it for the dates listed on the website, you need to cancel and wait for another litter, or you need to change your personal arrangements to free up that time.
The only arrangements that will be accomdated for is medical emergencies & flying in for an airport pup pickup. Airport Pup Pickups will NOT be done on the standard Saturday pickup days as I cannot be in 2 places at 1 time. Pups need to be exactly 8 weeks or older to be allowed to fly on the air planes. So if GO HOME is Saturday and pups are 8 weeks old ON Saturday, do not make your flight for Friday as they will not be 8 weeks old.
Occasionally, someone has a medical emergency, after they agree to get a pup, so they must change to another litter or roll over their deposit to a future litter. I have had the same people rollover getting a pup several times. As this is after they have confirmed and lots of paperwork, webside updates, info updates have all been done and I have put in alot of extra time & that pup was taken off the market. New clients are told there are no pups, so they go elsewhere. I now have only weeks & sometimes only days to find that pup a home, so I will no longer rollover a client that has a "confirmed" puppy more than 1 time. If you need to rollover a 2nd time due to an emergency, you will loose your initial deposit and will be required to pay another deposit to stay on the waitlist. If you do not pay another deposit within 2 weeks of notifiying us you will not be getting a pup, your name will be taken off the waitlist & your application will be shreaded.
At times if there are not enough pups or not enough pups of the sex requested, we have to roll a person over to the next litter of their choice. This is normally done within days after the pups are born, when we are contacting everyone for confirmation that they are still interested in getting a pup. When we have to roll a person over to a future litter it does not count as a 1st roll over. It only counts when we have contacted everyone that there is a puppy for them of the sex they want or they have agreed to take an opposite sex if there is not enough, and each person is confirmed for the litter. The list goes from UNOFFICIAL to OFFICIAL at the top. After it is official then if a client has an emergency they can roll over their deposit to another litter but now they can only roll over 1 time. If this does not make any sense please ask me about it, so I can clarify.

WE ONLY REFUND DEPOSITS IF WE CANNOT GET OUR CLIENTS A PUP OF THEIR PREFERRED SEX FROM THE MOM THEY WANTED, or from a SPECIFIC TIME FRAME (ie Spring/Summer Litter).
9/20/21 - PRICES ARE GOOD FOR 1 YEAR ONLY:
Starting 9/20/2, Prices on our contract will only stay in effect for 1 year from the date contract is signed. If there is a price change in that year we will honor the original price for 1 year from the date the contract was signed . After 1 year the price will automatically change to our current pricing.
OUT OF STATE CLIENTS:
We do not sell any pups/dogs sight unseen. Sales must be in person.
